Community Grants

Investing in programs that improve outcomes for premature babies statewide.

Our Commitment

For decades, Newborn Hope has partnered with organizations across Colorado through our Community Grants Program. These grants support nonprofits whose missions align with our commitment to prematurity prevention, neonatal care, and maternal and infant health equity.

Through strategic funding, we help strengthen systems of care that serve premature babies and their families — especially in medically underserved communities.

  • Prematurity prevention and education

  • Equipment for care of premature neonates

  • Neonatal and perinatal research

  • Maternal, prenatal, and neonatal care for the medically underserved
