Dear Newborn Hope Community,
I am honored to have served Newborn Hope as the Executive Director for the past 6 years. Together we have worked hard to deliver the relevant and critical mission of this organization that is now celebrating 50 years. In line with our single goal to support premature babies so that families may thrive, we have built new programs that provide financial relief due to a NICU hospitalization, we have collaborated with partners in order to strengthen our community impact as a whole, and we have continued the invaluable programs that volunteers have orchestrated for decades since this organization began. My time at Newborn Hope has been incredibly meaningful, and the team I’ve been surrounded by has been instrumental in the change and growth we have experienced together. I am so very grateful to have had this opportunity to serve alongside you for such a time as this.
For me, my family is embarking on a new adventure as we are moving to Bozeman, MT this summer. Our Board of Directors is looking forward to finding an excellent leader who will champion our mission and care for the work and relationships within our NICU community. If you are interested, or know someone who would be a great candidate for this position, please see the job description below!
Thank you for this amazing opportunity to serve Colorado’s premature infants. I will always be most grateful to our NICU doctors, nurses, and social workers who dedicate their lives to care for these precious babies, and for the community that lifts up this mission so families can indeed thrive.
Ever grateful,
Allison Bradac
